The Founder's Office is hiring

Help build the show that proves genius is made.

The Founder's Office behind Genius Born or Made? — the podcast on how extraordinary people are actually built — is hiring its first intern. A remote role in India for a sharp generalist who can figure things out and help more young people find the show.

Founder's Office · Remote, India · 15–20 hrs/week · Paid stipend + bonuses

Why this role exists

Genius Born or Made? takes apart the invisible routines behind extraordinary performance — a Nobel laureate in physics, an Olympic medalist, the former head of McKinsey, a Stanford AI professor. The thesis at the heart of the show: roughly 70% of genius is made, not born. The mission is to help young people — especially those without access to these rooms — dream bigger.

The show is hosted by Himanshu Gupta — founder & CEO of ClimateAi (named one of TIME's Best Inventions), a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a Forbes 30 Under 30, and a Stanford alum. The Founder's Office is the small team that builds it.

The bottleneck isn't ideas — it's reach. The Founder's Office is looking for one sharp, resourceful person to help change that, working directly with the founder.

What you'd actually own

Know the show cold

Watch the way a fan would, then notice what a strategist would. Everything good starts from genuinely understanding why these conversations matter.

Figure out the growth

Design how the show reaches more people — titles, thumbnails, clips, communities. You won't be handed a playbook; you'll build one. Modern AI tools encouraged.

Build the community

Be present where ambitious young people already are. Write platform-specific copy, spark real conversation, and turn passive viewers into people who come back.

Own the scoreboard

Run weekly experiments, track what actually moved the needle, and send a short growth memo. Honest numbers, clear next bets.

What this role is really about

This isn't a role for the most polished résumé. It's for the person who already can't stop thinking about how to get this show in front of the people who need it most.

The terms, said plainly

  • A paid monthly stipend, with performance bonuses tied to how the channel grows. (Exact numbers shared with shortlisted candidates.)
  • 15–20 hours/week, fully async and flexible around your schedule.
  • 3-month initial term, renewable up to 12 months based on how it's going.
  • You work directly with the founder — real ownership, real feedback, a real reference.

Honest fine print: this is a stipend-based internship for a personal creative project — not employment with a registered company. There are no benefits, insurance, or tax withholding; you handle your own tax obligations. Either of us can end it with 7 days' notice, you keep the right to use your work in your portfolio, and there's no non-compete.

Who this is for

Anyone in India who's sharp, resourceful, and gets the internet — college students, recent graduates, school students, working professionals, self-taught creators. No degree and no specific experience required; with today's tools, the right person figures out the rest. What matters is taste, judgment, and follow-through.

Apply to join

This takes real watching and real thinking — that's the point. There's no shortlisting by résumé here.

A note on AI: we encourage AI tools on the job — but write this application yourself. Every answer is read by a person, not a screener, for judgment and taste over polish. Generic, templated, or clearly un-watched answers don't get far.
